This position is responsible for providing direct case management services for UAC in the START program. This position will provide case management and post release services to UACs and sponsors, conduct field visits to the UAC home/community to ensure safety, well-being and coordination of community based support services, maintain contact with ORR regarding incident management and any changes in a UACís status and prepare clear and accurate progress notes, needs assessments and Individual Service PlansAll applicants are required to have Bachelorís Degree in Social Work with 2 years of experience in Child Welfare or related field, knowledge and training in working with children, adolescents and& families and knowledge and training of US Immigration Laws/Systems. Bi-lingual English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking and writing in both languages is required. Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
