MercyFirst welcomed over 200 supporters to the Garden City Hotel during its first Annual Harvest Ball on Monday, November 1, 2007. The evening paid tribute to the Angel Guardian Foundation and the St. Mary’s Foundation Board Members, two groups which have a long history of support for the agency.
“Under the leadership of their respective Boards, the Angel Guardian Foundation and the St. Mary’s Foundation have played an important role in our success by holding dinners and golf outings to support our programs,” explains MercyFirst CEO Gerard McCaffery. “2007 marks the last year the Foundations will exist as separate entities and the first year that all fundraising will be done under the banner of MercyFirst. We are delighted to honor these Board Members for all they have done, and continue to do for MercyFirst.”
The evening also featured the music of Doop Wop legend Emil Stucchio and the Classics, whose top-selling album Till Then, subsequent hit recordings include PS I Love You and You’ll Never Know.
