The quality improvement department reviews incidents, resident and customer satisfaction surveys, grievances and focused studies called project teams. MercyFirst is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for our residents, families, visitors and staff. MercyFirst has a comprehensive, facility wide safety management system that establishes a proactive approach to reducing risks through risk management program activities.
